you must have on of the very first twingos, the ones with the MCUs in the passenger compartment.
Dont worry about the Diagnosis Plug, you won't need it.

The readabilty of the circuit diagrams is very bad.
Anyway, you will find the wire for the speed signal because it leads to the speedometer. It is Pin #7

Google the Type of your MCU and the corresponding pinout.
That way you'll find the pin/wire for the REV signal.
