Hallo.

Ich würde es über die Gewährleistung machen. Ist mir nicht bekannt das die Klima als Verschleißteil gilt.

Ansonsten ist es nicht normal das der Motor ein Aussetzer hat. Eigentlich solltest du es am besten im Stand bei warmen Motor sehen. Durch einschalten der Klima sollte sich die Drehzahl um 100 - 200 Umdrehungen pro Minute erhöhen.
