Sorry to hear about all the trouble! Since you’ve already changed the TPS, O2 sensor, and verified the injectors, you might want to check if the fuel pressure regulator is failing and over-pressurizing the injectors. Also, ensure that the coolant temperature sensor is working correctly, as a faulty one could cause over-fuelling. Make sure there are no wiring faults or vacuum leaks. If possible, try a known-good ECU. Once you fix the root cause, only then replace the catalytic converter. Good luck with your TÜV!
