Ok , my Mistake , not Nm . 
For your Dream , first you need a good Oil !
I hope you have .
I drive Castrol Supercar 10W60 and my D4F love it !
A good Camshaft is for all D4F a Problem , you can't find .
Or you find a Tuner who can change the Timing/Lift on the original Camshaft .
A Camshaft from a normal D4F gives you only a small Help , but better as nothing .
My next Tuning on my D4F goes to the Channels Zylinder Head , Inlet not so much , but Outlet much more , the same i mean you need too , but go save , or you find a Waterchannel on Outlet .
I see the Pics you are on Track .
But you know , you sit on the wrong Side in your Twingo ?
