My name is Michael and I live in Greece. I'm 48 years old and I have a passion for cars and dogs.
First of all I would like to apologize for any grammatical errors as I do not speak German. I use an online translator.
Your forum is an excellent source of information and I really appreciate it.
So... ? .
This is my Twingo.
A 2004 model, phase 3, 8v with 220,000km.
I bought it in 2009 with 55,000km on it and it has been my faithful companion ever since.
At 200,000 km I did a complete engine overhaul and the engine runs quietly and very pleasantly. Almost as good as new.
The paint on the other hand has started peeling from the roof down, on the hood, the trunk and now it's starting on the doors.
I would like to paint the whole car but I don't know what to do with the fabric roof. Is it really necessary to disassemble it?
Unfortunately I don't know anyone here in Greece who has done it before and there is no experience. In addition, there is a lack of spare parts such as the wind deflector on the underside or other parts that are likely to break during disassembly.
I'm glad to be here with you ?
