Yes this are very well crafted throttle-boddies, but (as the guys said before) it´s not possible to get the homolugated by the TÜV here in Germany. Maybe nice for motor-sports.
Regarding your question, there are some existing, but you have to do the calibration work by your own.

Hey, and VW-parts are a no go in a Renault...the coolant tank of an old Clio might have fitted, too....
