Hab ihn im englischen Forum wieder getroffen und ihn mal wieder hierher eingeladen mit dem Hinweis auf Weber

Ja der Jankees hat das gut und um Welten sauberer gelöst als ich, er scheint vorallem auf mehr Ressourcen was Werkstatt Material angeht zurück greifen zu können.

Aber er hat mir auch geschrieben dass er mehr will, aber ich denke er wird wohl keine 2500.- € für einen neuen Motorkeller ausgeben wollen wie ich.

I have purchased these rods for my twingo, as they are the weakest part of the engine
It is a shame that you can not see these nice parts once fitted

that will take a while as the crankshaft needs to be lightened balanced
the flywheel also looses some weight etc...

At the moment I am finding parts etc..

It will be my winter project, planning to be ready March next year

Mooie Twingo!

Today I fitted the 480Turbo clutch (art.nr VALEO 801015)
This clutch is able to handle the power
As the centre pins line up it was a easy operation
basically it was just bolting the old and new clutch together
with 3x M6 bolts in the alignment holes and your template is ready
It fits perfectly so this is another job done!

Be careful, i use the same Clutch, you must work on your Gearbox and the Clutch or it will block. The JB1 have to little space for a bigger Clutch
