C3G engine head removal - Twingo 95

Check all connections , control device, ground cable, Map-Sensor, Lambda .....

Compression is 11 bar. Valve clearance checked, outlet 0,2 mm, inlet 0,15 mm?
Firing order is 1-3-4-2.
Switch on ignition, then wait 60 seconds before starting.
Another way is to push gas pedal down for a very short time while cranking the engine.
Always check for wet plugs. Tubes all clean and connected,
Map sensor tube also very important.
Distributor is old. Firing order is correct. Valve clearance was adjusted.
I only get 5 to 4 bars of compression when engine is cold and without pressing the gas pedal, maybe that's the problem?
Plugs are brand new and dry. I tried starting the engine with the gas pedal down, didn't work.
All Connections seems to be fine.
Not quite sure what is the Map sensor tube.

All I know that I was able to start the engine several times after the head gasket was blown if I let it rest for a few hours between start ups. But after a while it didn't start anymore. So the problem doesn't have to be related to the head gasket replacement. I ordered a fuel compression gauge and a TDC sensor. If you have a tip until I get them, I'll appreciate it.
