Hi, I don't know how to remove the 2 metal rods of the cylinder lock and the locking button. It prevents me from removing the whole mechanism out.

OK, I did it, I only removed the cylinder lock rod with a plier. Then there is a struggle to rotate it so to get it over the window rail.
