Klemmende Sitzentriegelung Phase1 - ronenfe - 01.08.2020
I always had a stuck backrest lever since I bought the car. I had to use a lot of force to make it work.
Recently the plastic lever got broken because it seems it now got stuck completely. I tried to use a vise grip to see if it works at all, and I worn out the rectangle plastic coating that the lever is attached to.
I can only release the locking mechanism from underneath the seat with a pry bar.

The parts of the mechanism don't seem to be replaceable. I think the reason it happens is because the shaft gets a runout.

Das ist natürlich blöd, allerdings ist der Phase1 Mechanismus ein völlig anderer.
Deswegen trenne ich das mal ab.
Meiner hatte bis zu Schluss ganz hervorragend funktioniert, während ich den der Phase2 und 3 nicht als butterweich funktionierend empfinde.
