es verletzt mich zu tiefst, von jemandem wie dir immer wieder zu hören, dass ich keine ahnung habe...
wenn du damit erreichen möchtest, dass ich mich nun auf gleiche art profiliere wie du/ihr es hier tut
wirst du damit keinen erfolg haben, das haben schon ganz andere auf diese weise versucht!

That's not the right
thing to measure.
Why ?? Because, it doesn't matter how well the cylinder is filled at that point in the intake cycle !
Wait... it gets even worse !!
Here's a real "out of the box" idea: high flow ports also flow really well backwards !!! All that work on the flowbench comes back to haunt you when the piston now has even less resistance to pushing the intake charge back into the " high flowing port " !!!!!!! When you begin to consider the consequences of all this, the whole idea of "more flow is better" comes crashing down like a lead balloon.
What's The Secret ??
Using the race analogy, if you increase the Port Velocity, by making the port smaller, the intake cycle "race" starts out slower, gains momentum and makes a tremendous charge on the "last lap" to overtake the high flow port and win the "race". The interesting thing is, this type of port will always lose in a flowbench contest !!!
aber es geht ja nicht um FLOW, sondern um power...
für mich steht da (knapp zusammengefasst):
großer kanal --> wenig strömungsgeschwindigkeit --> schlechte füllung
verkleinerung im kanal --> erhöht die strömungsgeschwindigkeit --> bessere füllung (gerade bei hoher drehzahl und sehr kurzen ventilöffnungszeiten)
das ist doch eine ganz einfache sache!? der große wasserschlauch im garten spritzt 2m. weit, drückt man den schlauch zusammen schafft man 5m.
wenn ich meinen geschlechtsteil vorne am ausgang beim pissen etwas quetsche kann ich weiter pinkeln - das wirst du doch auch schonmal ausprobiert haben!?
ich habe einen clio 16v dem ich einen frisch revidierten F7P eingebaut habe (kein tuning!), nach einer harten einfahrphase von 1000km. hatte der motor 138,xx ps., (kein sinterkupplung!) dann habe ich einen high velocity kopf verbaut (jeder F7 kenner, weis das die kanäle von haus aus schon zu groß sind) und auf dem selben prüfstand getestet, das ergebnis waren 147ps.! 5 stunden arbeit und ~20€ für JB weld... tolles, günstiges ergebnis oder?
betrachte doch meine aussagen nicht immer als kritik... ich will dir nix böses! ich finde es toll, dass du soviel spass an deinem twingo hast und auch so viele
umbauten daran machst, aber du brauchst ja auch das rad nicht neu erfinden... ich kann verstehen dass es für dich logisch erscheint, dass das vergrößern der
ports zu mehr leistung führt - schließlich wird das ja auch überall so angepriesen - falsch ist es trotzdem.
