Is it for the Easy system? Why does it need so many wires?

If your Twingo was an "Easy" model, this could be the connector for the respective ECU.
Many if not all "Easy"s were convertet to ordinary clutch.
The shift stick should have a contact in this case, look for it.

Yes my twingo is an easy converted to manual. But I don't understand. Did it have a computer inside the car to manage it? Besides the ECU outside? I wanted to remove the connector at the beginning because I thought it's for an aftermarket alarm system. But I understood its original. Also my car didn't start anymore after I removed the connector's ground. Took me a whilr to realize it's the reason.

Yes, exactly, the easymatic omputer was inside.
You can bridge the starter-inhibitor relais if you want.
The relais prevented the motor from starting if a gear was engaged an the clutch wasn't disconnected.
The gearbox has a relatively complicated switch in the place where a "normal" Twingo only has the reverse light switch.
